Introduction to Forms – Video & Article
Worship Times allows you to add and edit forms with ease. In this video preview just how easy it is!
In this article, we will preview our forms plugin. All of our websites include a very powerful forms tool called Gravity Forms, where you can create contact forms, registrations, and even donations. For instance, on a Contact Us page, we might have a form to collect an email and a message and a name. You can also create donate forms, which you can link to payment processors like PayPal and Stripe.
- From your website’s dashboard, you can find Forms in the left-hand sidebar menu.
- Click on Forms to see your full list of forms.
- Click on Add New to create a new form.
- Title it.
- Create a description.
- Create the form.
- Add fields from the right-hand panel, fields like radio buttons, multi-select checkboxes, et al; under Advanced, names, email addresses, et al; even posts for blogs and pricing fields to accept payments and donations.
- Edit your form’s settings under Settings
- Edit the confirmation message for your form under Confirmations
- Edit the email notifications for your form under Notifications
- View form submissions under Entries
- IMPORTANT: Make sure to add your form to a page or post on your website

Note that there was recently an update to Gravity Forms, and though the functionality is still the same, the design looks a little different than in the video above. Check out our overview of the new Gravity Forms.
