Add Form To a Page or Post – Video & Article

Learn how to add a previously created Gravity form to a page or a post using the standard WordPress editor.

Using the Insert Form Button

If you haven’t already, first create a form under Forms – see https://learning.worshiptimes.org/wt-guide/introduction-to-forms-video-article/.

  • Edit an existing page/post, or create a new one
  • Put your cursor in the location where you want to add a form
  • Click on Add Form
  • Select the form from the dropdown
  • Adjust your settings
  • Insert Form
  • Publish/Update the page/post
  • IMPORTANT NOTE FOR DIVI USERS: If you are using Divi, it is not possible to add a form via this method using the visual builder; you’ll need to add the form using the shortcode method below (or the back-end wireframe editor sometimes works – see https://learning.worshiptimes.org/wt-guide/add-a-form-to-a-divi-page-or-post-video-article/ for more details).

Using the Copy Shortcode Button

If you haven’t already, first create a form under Forms – see https://learning.worshiptimes.org/wt-guide/add-a-form-to-a-divi-page-or-post-video-article/.

In your form’s editor, click on Embed

  • Click the Copy Shortcode button (near the bottom)
  • Edit an existing page/post, or create a new one
  • Put your cursor in the location where you want to add a form
  • Paste the shortcode
    • Pro Tip: Change the title=”” value from true to false if you don’t want the title of the form displayed
  • Publish/Update the page/post
