How do I access my password and login to my site?
Go to your website and at the very bottom of your site, click on “Edit Your Website.” On the log-in page, you can click on “Lost your password?” For security purposes, we do not have access to your current password, though if needed, we can change your password and provide you with a temporary one. Another option, you may also enter in your website url and add /wp-admin/ at the end of the url if you do not see the “Edit Your Website” link at the bottom.
If you are already logged in and would like to change your password, from your dashboard, hover over your name in the top-right corner and click on Edit Profile. You can change your name, nickname, email, and password from this screen. After your changes, click on Update Profile at the bottom. TIP: if you change your password and it’s not “sticking” (i.e. you still have to log in with your old password), after you hit Update Profile, check the top of the screen to see if there’s an error message about your password length or characters.
