Gravity Forms, Spam & reCAPTCHA – Article
Spam troubleshooting:
- Check each of your forms’ settings to make sure the anti-spam honeypot is enabled
- Make sure you have as many required fields in the form as possible
- Go to the Entries for each form and mark all entries that are spam as spam
- Go to Forms –> Settings –> reCAPTCHA and see if you are connected via the v3 Enterprise option – contact support@worshiptimes.org if you are not
- Check your forms’ entries and look at the reCAPTCHA scores – adjust your global reCAPTCHA setting’s score if the numbers are just above 0.5
The Gravity Perks Blacklist add-on might also be helpful – it uses Comment Moderation keywords under Settings –> Discussion. Please submit a support ticket or contact us at support@worshiptimes.org if you’d like to pursue that option.
