Embedding a Google Calendar – Article

  1. On an existing page, or after creating a new page, click on Add Media
  2. Click on Google Calendar
  3. Make sure your calendar is public and copy/paste your Calendar ID found in your Google calendar settings under “Integrate calendar”
    1. Go to https://calendar.google.com/
    2. On the lefthand side, look for My Calendars
    3. Hover over your calendar and click the 3 vertical dots
    4. Click on “Settings and sharing”
    5. In the lefthand menu, click on “Integrate calendar” or scroll down to that section
    6. Immediately under “Integrate calendar” it’ll say “Calendar ID” – copy what’s immediately below that (usually looks like an email address)
  4. Adjust the size as you need – we recommend making the width 100% and leaving the height as is, but you may need to adjust this
  5. Insert Google Calendar
  6. Publish/Update the page
