Contacting Support and Submitting a Help Ticket – Video
Learn how to contact the team at Worship Times whenever you have a question or issue with your site. We are always here, no matter how big or small your question or issue might be!
Your Worship Times website comes with a support area that includes dedicated training videos and a a ticket system to contact our team whenever you run into any issue, big or small.
- To be able to submit a support ticket, log into the back-end of your website.
- Once you’re signed in, on the left-hand side of your screen in the admin sidebar, look towards the very top until you see Worship Times. Hover over Worship Times and then select Support Center.
- Enter in the information about whatever question or issue that you’re having. We’ll need your first and last name, so we will know who to contact, an email address to be able to contact you at, and then you’ll need to select the type of ticket that you’ll need.
- The more information that you can provide us, the better and quicker we’re going to be able to resolve whatever issue you might be having. Links and screenshots are particularly helpful. Explain what the issue is, and what you’re doing when the issue arises.
- Submit your ticket.
Please allow 24 business hours for us to get back to you. If you have not heard back from us within 24 to 48 business hours, go ahead and contact us again via the support ticket or via email at support@worshiptimes.org, and we’ll make sure somebody reaches out to you to get your issue resolved.
